Karen was a realtor previously for 21 years before entering the mortgage business in 2001. She knows what the lenders, realtors, lawyers and notaries all want. She has all sides of the equation covered!
With over 50 lenders to choose from, Karen can offer her clientele a large menu of products. She matches the product & the lender to the individual, after reviewing their personal circumstances and needs. This provides her clients not only the best rates but the best terms and conditions for their situation.
Her advice is impartial, and based on whatever is in the clients best interest not the lenders. Karen has built her business on customer service that is far above and beyond industry standards, keeping her clients ‘in the know’ all the way through.
Her loyalty is to the client. She explains everything ,so her clients fully understand the process and can confidently decide which mortgage is the best fit for their desired financial future.
